No the wiki for the "'Sequence Delay Time' in the Plex Preferences>System>Input Settings menu" I posted above which is a Plex system option. I was wondering if had anything to do with the remote response time.
I did the settings that you referred to for the Harmony setup that I had missed and it may have hopped it up a bit. Thanks.

I find my Harmony One is more responsive after Plex is "warmed up". I also think a lean skin like Rapier helps. Of course I can't explain any of this...

2nd part (and again, please forgive any newbie mistakes, I'm happy to post elsewhere if it's been addressed)--- if I want to edit the keymap portion of my Harmony.xml file, to specifically add functionality to different Harmony keys, where do I need to save the modified Harmony.xml file? In the Plex "Package Contents" directory, or under my User-Library-Application Helper folder? How do I make the Harmony remote utilize the modified Harmony.xml file? My goal is to be able to map a function like "ToggleFullscreen" or something similar to the "F11" soft-key on the Harmony remote.
Any and all help appreciated. Cheers everyone!

Agree! This would be nice to see. Much like the Keyboard detail in the Wiki - the details for actions on the Harmony, depending on what Plex area you are accessing would be great.

I'm also trying to find a way to make it more speedy. It's so annoyingly slow now. Maybe it's some combination of ir transmit power and delay settings, I don't know.

The entire Harmony.xml file is a keymap. I'm guessing that you mean global section.
Someone might feel like typing up a list of the defaults for what button has what function in each screen, but until that person comes along, I thought I'd give you some pointers on how to read the default keymap.
The button commands in global work in every screen, unless that particular button has been given another meaning for that particular section. For example, the "up" button is given the function "up" in global, so that's what it does almost everywhere, but in Full Screen Video, it is given the function "BigStepForward" (which is to skip forward 10 minutes). The local setting overrides the global setting. If you create a custom keymap in ~/Library/Application Support/Plex/keymaps, that will override the default settings.
Codes like F5 or blue aren't associated with a button, but you can create a soft button with the harmony software to use those functions.

Thanks. Where can I see the "default keymap"?

Right-click on the Plex application icon, and select "Show Package Contents". Then it's in Contents/Resources/Plex/keymaps/harmony.xml
Don't make changes here, but you can open it to read it and copy it if you want.

Raindancing - you're awesome. I am still looking for a list of defaults (which I'm half-arsedly creating on my own), but just knowing how to make sense of the keymap file goes a long way toward my understanding of remote function within Plex. Thanks for the info, on this particular point, and in other threads in the Plex forums. Very much appreciate your assistance and patience with undoubtedly basic newbie questions.

If you have always running enabled, the PlexHelper runs in the background, and starts Plex if it gets one of the following signals from the Harmony: Play, Pause, Sleep, Menu, PowerToggle, Enter
You can run applescripts from the remote if Plex is already running (do a forum search for more details), and you can launch applications that are in Plex's Application section (or write an applescript to launch an application, I suppose), but only if Plex is running.
If you want to use your remote extensively with more than just Plex, you should look into a solution like Remote Buddy.
